This position provides Tier-2 support to clients with issues that cannot be resolved by staff at the Helpdesk for applications in media creation and design for systems throughout the campus including the Adobe Creative Cloud, 3D printing/scanning, VR media, and Wordpress. In addition to providing application support, the position provides expert-level consultation on the purchase, maintenance and support of MakerSpace technologies and media production equipment. The position is a system administrator on the institution-wide content management system (WordPress) used by all student, staff and faculty for academic programs and departments. This position assists clients directly in the creation and maintenance of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut and Premiere projects. This position is the co-manager in the Student Technology Center maintaining access to specialized technologies and supervising 25+ student staff who work directly with clients on software use and provide computer lab and training services.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or technology-related field or an equivalent combination of work experience, certification, and education.
* Four or more years of recent Windows, Macintosh, iOS, professional information technology experience requiring organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, and working independently to successfully install, configure, secure, maintain, and support Windows OS, Macintosh OS and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
* Eight years experience working with clients creating multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Cloud applications and other advanced media creation solutions.
* Four years developing and delivering user training.
* Four or more years of print management and maintenance.

Salary: $5,499 - $7,218/month depending on qualifications and experience
