The successful applicant must be able to perform a variety of skilled and unskilled maintenance work. Perform a variety of skilled and unskilled maintenance work, in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance of town streets, buildings, grounds, parks, open spaces and recreation structures. Performs a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the custodian care and maintenance of Town Buildings. Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of buildings, grounds, parks, open spaces, and recreation structures. May perform, as needed, a variety of skilled and unskilled maintenance work in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance and/or replacement of town water and sewer utilities. All duties are performed under the supervision of the Public Works Director. Applicant must have a valid Washington State driver’s license. Benefits include medical, dental and vision at no cost to the employee and this position qualifies for over time pay.
